Resellers
Belief is in using and this his the basis of the our Reseller
Program. Any subscriber of our services may apply to be a reseller
partner, however, by doing so, you're expected to aggressively
promote our services to those companies which you feel would
benefit from having an always-online customer service system.
Outline of program details:
1. Reseller must be either a webmaster or company/person who
provides web development services to restaurants. He/she/it must
also be an active subscriber to our Live Chat Service, in good
standing. This will be considered your "primary reseller account."
2. Each resold reseller account thereafter will earn a residual
percentage, each month, of all accounts which you refer to us.
3. You must resell at least 1 new account each 6 months in order
to continue to remain in the reseller program. If at least 1 new
account is not resold in a 6 month period your reseller account
goes into a probation period and you have up to 3 months to get
back on track. During that time period, you forfeit reseller
commissions, however, once you do resell an account you are then
reinstated as an active reseller. There is a minimum one month
forfeiture of reseller commissions once your account is placed on
probation.
4. One-Time application fee of $49.00

service enhancements to their clients
Working with you and your client we are able to begin providing
services which are staffed around-the-clock.
Our relationship will be a non-competitive service enhancing
blend. Even better is the residual monthly income that you'll
receive from helping your client subscribe to services with us.
Resellers will receive special access allowing them to view their
active resold accounts, however, all "confidential" client
information is held in confidence between LCS and the resold
account.
